New Helia 44 in production and available from January 2015
4, 6 or 8 week per year options | Closing Soon | Only 2 Shares Remaining
Shares are now available in a brand new 2015 Model Fountaine Pajot Helia 44 sailing catamaran to be syndicated and based at Hamilton Island Marina in the Whitsundays. Share prices start at only $90,000 for 4 weeks cruising weeks per year.
This luxuriously appointed vessel whose specifications have been tailored to suit a small syndicate of discerning owners will be handed over to the Syndicate in January 2015 by Multihull Solutions, Fountaine Pajot’s Australian distributor.
Whilst the syndicate originally planned to acquire a near-new factory demonstrator vessel, due to recent share sales we have been able to secure a brand new 2015 model Helia 44 which will berthed at Hamilton Island from January 2015 and is currently in production at Fountaine Pajot's factory in La Rochelle, France.
The syndicate, which will be professionally managed by an independent management company, will comprise a maximum of 12 members each having 4, 6 or 8 cruising weeks available per year, with a modest monthly fee covering all mooring, maintenance, cleaning, insurance and other costs. Please see the Syndicate page for detailed share and ongoing cost information.
So if you would like to own a Hamilton Island based cruising catamaran, and can't justify owning one on your own or getting up to the Whitsundays often enough to justify an outright purchase - then consider joining a small group of like-minded sailors in the Helia 44 Hamilton Island syndicate.
